Dr. Edward Perkins, senior research scientist, Environmental laboratory, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, presents his paper "Future applications of Biotechnologies" during the 2015 Mad Scientist Conference. U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command's G2 and Georgetown University partnered to host the event April 28 and 29. The goal was to bring leading scientists, innovators, and thinkers throughout academia, industry and government to discuss challenges in in the future world.
