A work of art combines many distinct individual components to create a cohesive whole. Cell line development (CLD) too requires a harmonious interplay between many disparate elements. These elements each present their own potential issues, which need to be overcome in order to optimize CLD productivity. Just as in art, a small change could make a big difference.
