By focusing on developing radioligands as tools for human research, we will improve early diagnosis and rapid drug development for neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders. MNI key activities: * Radioligand development * Early phase human drug-trials-displacement/occupancy * Large scale Phase II-IV clinical imaging trials. * Multi-center quantitative imaging trials - Clinical imaging site coordination as a technical CRO - Core image processing laboratory * Biomarker development – presymptomatic and disease progression.
